THE NAVIGATOR · BETA 4.0.0 · DEVELOPMENT · Screen NAV4-4E6462AAC398 · Fictional test data only
Proposal and coaching-agreement materials in this beta are examples for workflow testing. They are not approved offers or agreements and are not for signing.
Privacy in this beta
Draft notice · 22 October 2026 · Beta 4.0.0. This separate development environment is for fictional test information. Please do not enter confidential coaching reflections, health information or another person's personal information.
Information and purpose
Enquiry forms record the name and contact details you choose to provide, programme interest, timezone, contact preference and message. Account and activity records support access control and development testing. Shared coaching records, coach-only notes and personal journals have different purposes and permissions; do not assume a personal journal is shared.
Access and choices
Authorised staff access records for their assigned responsibilities. Account access does not itself authorise publication, external sharing, recording or AI processing. Optional reflections can remain on your device. Contact Oshim Somers at oshim@oshim.com to request access, correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Requests require identity verification and review of applicable retention obligations and backups.
Development services and locations
Beta 4 has separate application storage. Google Calendar, Drive, email and AI are not connected for this beta until a dedicated development connection is authorised and verified. Payment gateways are excluded. Hosting, backups, logs, provider processing and support copies require a documented location review before any Australian residency assurance is made.
Australian privacy framework
We aim to handle information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles where applicable. Applicability, data flows and operational controls still require assessment; this is not a certification or a claim that compliance has been independently verified. Read the Australian Privacy Principles.
Cookies, retention and protection
Essential cookies maintain sign-in. HTTPS, password hashing and access checks help reduce risk but cannot guarantee security. Development records currently require managed deletion; do not assume automatic expiry. Downloads and backups create additional copies. Browser voice entry, if chosen, may involve the browser provider; typing is an alternative.
Concerns
Contact Oshim first so the concern can be investigated. Information about privacy rights and complaints is available from the OAIC. This system is not an emergency service.
