Development access

This beta is provided for evaluation of The Navigator by Oshim Somers. Features can be incomplete or change. Use fictional information and keep your own copies of important work. Access is personal; protect your credentials and do not access records without permission.

Availability and changes

We may temporarily suspend, change or withdraw beta features for maintenance, development or security reasons, including without advance notice where necessary. We will endeavour to give reasonable notice where practicable. This does not remove rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, or override an applicable signed service agreement.

Appropriate use

Do not upload unlawful material, infringe rights, misuse accounts, disrupt the service or test security without specific authorisation. You retain rights in your own content and permit its processing only as necessary for the agreed service and privacy arrangements.

Coaching and AI

Coaching supports reflection and chosen action; personal outcomes are not guaranteed. It does not replace medical, mental health, legal or financial advice. AI suggestions may be inaccurate and require human judgement and review. Do not rely on this beta for emergencies.

Payments and external services

No payment gateway operates in this beta. Any coaching purchase, fee, cancellation, refund and programme commitment must be set out in a separately approved agreement. External services have their own terms and require separate authorisation.

Consumer rights and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights, consumer guarantees or remedies under Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to those rights, beta features are experimental and no promise is made of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. Any further limitation of liability requires legal review and agreement; these draft terms do not promise to eliminate legal risk.

Privacy and contact

Read the privacy notice before entering information. Questions, complaints or requests to stop beta participation can be sent to oshim@oshim.com. Material changes require a new dated version and appropriate notice. These beta terms are separate from a coaching proposal or agreement.
